| February 6, 2013 | 0 Comments

According to a report, NRI’s working in Dubai are the victims of greedy relatives and immoral agents who grab their property unlawfully and later subjected to years of lengthy legal processes. A lawyer had said that he had witnessed many cases in which NRI’s go through bitter fights with their parents  or relatives who have grabbed their property unlawfully.

This has been a pressing issue for NRI’S  so much  that a US-based Global Organization of PIOs has demanded that fast track courts should be established for the speedy disposal of property disputes. NRI’S from West Bengal, Punjab, Delhi and Kerala have been subjected to usurped properties by friends, families or caretakers.

The situation has reached an alarming level such that property managers have emerged in Pune, Mumbai, Kolkata, Delhi, Ahmadabad, Chennai and Kochi. Its a matter of concern if these customer services are immune to corruption.
